To place an order online, follow these simple steps:
- Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, select the size and add it to your cart. If you wish to continue shopping, you can return to your cart at any point by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner and proceeding to checkout.
- Enter your payment details and information.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive order confirmation via email. Your order will be prepared and packed and sent out for delivery.

Your order will be prepared and neatly wrapped by our distribution team and secured in a protective sealbag to ensure your order is delivered in immaculate condition.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification informing you of your tracking information. You can track your order through DHL Express here. Orders being delivered to the Netherlands are usually next day whilst orders overseas can take between 3-7 days.
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to be returned to you via your original form of payment.
